In 1998 Giacinto Cerviere graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of Naples "Federico II". In March 1999 he received a Ph.D in Architectural Composition. In 2002-04 he was engaged in a Postdoc research on the historical relationship between the architecture and the theoretical avantgarde of the Twentieth Century. In 2009 Cerviere was selected by Domus magazine for the special issue about new generation of Italian architects. In 2011 he was one of the contributors in the catalogue of the Italian Pavilion at the Venice Biennale. In September has exhibited in Tokyo and Toronto in the exhibition Italy Now at the UIA World Congress. Cerviere was an Adjunct Professor at several Italian universities. In 2014 he received the Italian Habilitation to become Associate Professor in Architectural Design. Cerviere is the bilingual digital magazine's editor Cameracronica. In 2015 Cerviere founded Oil Forest League, a Free school of design and environment inspired to the spanish anarchist schools and to The Royal Society in London.
